I loved staying in this originalfamily-friendly hotel. There was lots of fantastic meals.

stylish hotel, staff were helpful and rooms were bright. the property had a central position close to the beach bar, 5th avenue and playa del carmen.

Everything was great, loved our incredible stay.

I was here for 4 nights and ate at specialty restaurant for lunch. Central location very close to a restaurant as well as the beach bar, it was in a great area.

Had such great stay for an amazing vacation, the staff were welcoming, location was stunning and the next beach. There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was perfect. The pool was great and I had good drinks in the main bar.

magnificent stay in the perfect area. hotel was spotlessly clean and absolutely brilliant, i really enjoyed its wonderful stuff and rooms. located adjacent to the sand beach. the beds were very big, i slept well.

Absolutely wonderful location, well-stocked rooms and always courteous personnel. Wi-Fi, air conditioner and coffee in the room and the amazing bed. Outstanding service throughout our stay. Besides, the parking was on site.

Generally, it's cheap place, loved it. The service is excellent, includes safe parking. Spectacular location, 20 minutes drive from the airport...

The venue was fairly clean and reasonably spacious.

Our room was original, the staff were tremendous, secure location. Booked a room with panoramic views. The continental breakfast was gluten free: fruit and meats. Beautiful garden and clean pool area. What's mote - there was excellent internet.

My experience was luxurious, everything was very comfortable. Relaxing & terrific unit with Private Whirlpool, glass walls, for instance. Everyone I encountered was attractive.

It was a fab experience overall. Nice service and FRIENDLY location, great for our needs. Particularly good view of ocean. Bed was soft, staff was modern.

The hotel was nicely presented, the bed was super comfy. The room was welcoming, there were air conditioning, flat-screen TV and closet space. The American breakfast was warm here, loved it. Ideal location, 15 minutes' walk to Playa. Efficient check-in too.
